Full and busy store. Take a good dose of patience and humor when you go. Cart drivers can feel a bit like old-fashioned bumper cars 😱 but it can be fun with the right mindset.

Buyer Beware!!! Costco constantly sells old, spoiled food from their cold section. I’d advise anyone who is planning on purchasing their food from Costco to check all of your precooked and frozen food before taking it home. Angelica, the “Refund Manager” was extremely condescending and unwilling to help. She shouldn’t be in a managerial role. The purchase was made 07/01/2026 at the San Francisco store. Photos were taken 30 minutes after purchase was made.

I honestly love this Costco so much. Going early in the morning or around noon is the best because they always have the yummiest samples out and so many options to try. I also always end up picking up their frozen fruits and ice cream whenever I go. Something about walking around Costco with snacks just feels fun every time. Will go again and again

Costco anywhere you go is an amazing place. This store is right in the middle of San Francisco. A nice parking garage is located exactly next to the entrance so the parking and shopping is almost seamless. Even though its hustle and bustle on the inside,this place still feels as though its not that crowded at times. Where you feel the crowds are at the checkout lines and the food court area. One thing I love about this locations costco is that it has a self checkout line,which not all costcos have. For the produce,food,and products; well its a costco,its hard to beat them on prices.

I get really frustrated with this store’s management. They constantly move grocery items from one place to another. One day rice is in one aisle, the next day it’s somewhere else, and quinoa is moved again too. Customers come into the store already knowing what they need and where they expect to find it. We mentally prepare before coming — grab the items, check out, and leave. It feels like the management intentionally keeps changing locations to make customers spend more time wandering around the store, hoping they will buy extra items. But most customers today are smart and focused. People are not coming to waste time walking in circles. If someone came to buy one specific item, constantly moving products around does not improve the shopping experience — it only creates frustration and wastes customers’ time. A well-organized store should keep items consistently in the same place and make shopping easier, not more confusing. I hope the management understands this and improves the customer experience
